Dr Kannan Kaliyaperumal

Orthopaedic Surgeon in Singapore

Dr Kannan Kaliyaperumal is a recognised orthopaedic doctor, ankle specialist, as well as a subspecialist for lower limb disorders and surgical treatment in Singapore & the ASEAN region. Being one of a very small number of sub specialists in this area in Singapore & the region, Dr Kannan has extensive experience in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. He is well published with articles in international peer reviewed journals. His particular research interest is in cartilage regeneration and management of cartilage defects. He did the first successful case of artificial scaffold reconstruction in the ASEAN region for a talus osteochondral defect in 2013.

Dr Keith Lee

Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon

Dr Keith Lee is a consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with experience in trauma surgery and various techniques of minimally invasive fracture fixation. Along with an interest in joint replacement surgery and having been trained in computer navigated and robotic assisted surgery, he is certified to perform robotic assisted total as well as partial knee replacement surgeries. Dr Lee has been in clinical practice since completing his medical degree at the National University of Singapore in 2007. His accomplishments, from excelling academically to consistently performing at the top of his batch in the Orthopaedic in-training examinations is reflective of the skills he possesses today. And by 2017, Dr Lee successfully obtained his orthopaedic surgery fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh.

Knee

Knee injuries can limit our mobility and balance. That’s why our orthopaedic clinic provides treatments for a range of knee conditions such as knee fractures, knee arthritis, ACL injuries due to direct contact or non-contact.

Foot & Ankle

There are many conditions that can affect our foot and ankle that in turn, hinder our movements. We treat the full range of acute and chronic foot and ankle conditions, including foot and ankle fractures, bunions, plantar fasciitis, flat or high arched feet and more.

Trauma Surgery and Treatment

Following trauma, our orthopaedic doctor are trained and equipped to treat disorders involving the bones, joints, and soft tissues of the knee, foot, and ankle, as well as provide post-operative care.

Pediatric

Children suffering from bone and muscle injuries must be treated with the proper care. We provide a full range of treatments for pediatric orthopaedic conditions so that children’s growth and development are not hindered.

Geriatric Orthopaedic

We are also specialised in treating knee, foot and ankle conditions in the elderly in order to retain function and independence where possible.
